NSC Acquires Indiana Companies

NSC Technologies has announced its acquisitions of Kokomo-headquartered Staffing Resources Inc. and Logansport-based ULG Companies. Details of the transactions were not disclosed.

NSC is headquartered in Portsmouth, Virginia and calls itself a “staffing solutions servicing the global marine, energy, commercial and industrial marketplace.”

The addition of ULG and SRI to our family of companies is a further manifestation of our vision to expand our geographic footprint and capabilities,” said Paul Rodriguez, chief executive officer of NSC, in a news release.
