Noyes has hired Andy Blackwell as wealth advisor for its Wealth Management Group. He previously served as senior vice president at Raymond James Financial. Blackwell will be based at the Indianapolis office. He began his career in 1984 joining his father, Carle’s, wealth management practice at Moseley Securities. Shortly after, father and son team joined Dean Witter Reynolds in Indianapolis. After the Morgan Stanley take over of Dean Witter, Blackwell joined Smith Barney. He attended the University of Arizona.
