The University of Notre Dame and the South Bend-Elkhart Regional Partnership will Friday provide details on what they’re calling a major regional economic development initiative. No other information was provided, however executive officers from Notre Dame will join community and business leaders for the announcement.

Key regional stakeholders have also been invited to attend the event. It will be held at the Ethos Innovation Center in Elkhart. The university says the event will disclose an important announcement about the future of the community.
