David Bailey will serve as vice president for strategic planning and institutional research while Doug Marsh will serve as vice president for facilities design and operations. Bailey, a 1983 graduate of Notre Dame, has led the university’s Office of Strategic Planning and Institutional Research since 2012. Marsh is a 1982 graduate of Notre Dame and serves as the university’s architect. He has led the planning, design and construction of nearly $2 billion in new facilities, renovation, maintenance and utilities projects since returning to Notre Dame in 1995, according to the university.
