Notre Dame Hires Acclaimed Organist

Subscribe NowKola Owolabi will join the faculty of the Department of Music and Sacred Music at the University of Notre Dame this fall as professor of music and head of the Graduate Organ Studio. He is an acclaimed organist and previously taught courses in organ performance, improvisation and sacred music at the University of Michigan. Prior to that, Owolabi taught at Syracuse University. He holds a master’s degree in music from Yale University and a doctorate of musical arts from Eastman School of Music.
