Notre Dame’s Board of Fellows has elected Shayla Keough Rumely and Sara Martinez Tucker (pictured) fellows. Rumely has been a board member since 2002 and has practiced law for seven years. She also served as publisher of the Fulton County Daily Report. Tucker is a former U.S. under secretary of education, the nation’s top higher education official. She previously has served as chief executive officer of the National Math and Science Initiative and CEO and president of the Hispanic Scholarship Fund.
