The Irish will take on the University of Connecticut tomorrow in the first title game in NCAA Division I history to feature two undefeated teams. Notre Dame won their last championship in 2001 and have advanced to the final game three of the previous four seasons.
The Irish knocked off the University of Maryland Sunday in Nashville.
On Saturday, UND Head Coach Muffet McGraw was named Associated Press National Coach of the Year.
