Northeast Indiana Works has promoted Edmond O’Neal to president. The regional work force development board says Kathleen Randolph will remain chief executive officer. O’Neal has served in several work force development positions throughout the region for the last nine years, including as senior director of WorkOne Services for Northeast Indiana Works. The organization operates and staffs 11 WorkOne Northeast county careers centers. O’Neal holds degrees from Indiana University, Stanford University and Texas Christian University.
