The city of Noblesville has named Chuck Haberman workforce development manager. He has 14 years of experience and most recently served at Gaylor Electric, where he created the workforce management program. Haberman is chairman of the Hamilton County Workforce Innovation Network and is the board president for the Association for Talent Development in Central Indiana. He is also is a decorated veteran of the United State Marine Corps, where he served as a combat engineer.
