Noblesville Mayor-elect Chris Jensen has named Emily Gaylord communications director and Kevin Sears operations coordinator. Gaylord currently serves as an account executive at Hirons where she managed communications efforts for major state government agencies and programs and some of the state’s largest non-profits.

Sears serves as director of scheduling and Logistics for Governor Eric Holcomb. 

Gaylord earned a bachelor of science degree in advertising through Ball State University’s College of Communication, Information and Media.

Sears earned his bachelor’s degree from Hanover College, majoring in political science.

Both Gaylord and Sears will begin serving on January 1^st.
