The four companies have been reorganized and rebranded as RYZE Claim Solutions LLC.
The other three companies include Texas-based Claim Adjustment Specialists, along with CatManDo Inc. and The SIS Group, both based in Florida. CMH says the combination of all four companies creates one of the larges and most diverse independent claims businesses in the country.
"This is a powerful merger of industry leaders that are clearly very complementary," said Karla Elliott, CEO of Eagle. "Each has highly specialized services. In my view, no other company can currently equal our collective strengths."
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. RYZE did not say whether any jobs would be affected by the merger, however the company would maintain an office in Noblesville, Dallas and Tampa.
