A reorganization of the Noblesville Common Council has resulted in Brian Ayer replacing Chris Jensen as president and the installation of Wil Hampton as vice president. Ayer began his fourth term on the council in 2016 and is the most tenured member. Ayer has lived in Noblesville since 1964 and graduated from Noblesville High School in 1976. Hampton will also serve on the economic development committee.
