Noblesville Announces Small Business Resilience Grants

The city of Noblesville has awarded grants to 45 local businesses in its second round of Noblesville Small Business Resilience Grants. The city created the program to help small businesses and organizations impacted by the pandemic who may not be eligible for other assistance.
The funding can help businesses with unmet immediate needs such as maintaining payroll, paying rent and utilities, paying for personal protective equipment and sanitation supplies, and covering other expenses to remain operational and serve customers and clients.
“COVID-19 continues to impact our local business and how they operate safely, which is why we offered a second round of grants,” said Mayor Chris Jensen. “We want to make sure our local businesses have the tools they need to continue to keep our residents employed, to serve residents in the safest way possible, and to stay open for business.”
The grants provided up to $10,000 per small business impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and $5,000 to local businesses who opened within the last year or received funding from the first round.
