The Noble County Convention and Visitors Bureau has hired Grace Caswell as executive director. She most recently served as director of development at St. Martin’s Healthcare in Garrett, IN. Caswell holds a bachelor’s degree from Oakland University and a master’s degree from Siena Heights University.
