NiSource Names Board Member

Lloyd Yates

Merrillville-based NiSource Inc. has named Lloyd Yates to its board of directors. He retired in 2019 from Duke Energy Corporation, where he most recently served as executive vice president of customer and delivery operations. Yates also served as president of the Carolinas region. Prior to that, he served as executive vice president of regulated utilities. He has also held various senior leadership roles at Progress Energy Inc.
