NiSource Makes Two Appointments

NiSource has appointed Randy Hulen treasurer. He will continue to serve as vice president of investor relations. Hulen joined NiSource in 1994. He has led the investor relations function since 2005, with responsibility for managing the company’s communications and engagement with the investment community. Prior to that, Hulen held leadership positions in financial planning, financial analysis and pricing and market performance at NiSource. Before joining NiSource, he worked for nine years at United Airlines in Chicago.

Also, Shawn Anderson has been appointed strategy and chief risk officer. He will continue to serve as vice president. In his new role, Anderson will enhance and integrate NiSource’s strategy and financial risk management processes to assess and drive the company’s strategic priorities and ensure alignment with work and financial plans. Anderson has been with NiSource since 2010 and was appointed treasurer and chief risk officer in 2016, with responsibility for all treasury, risk and insurance operations. Prior to that, he served as vice president of finance and regulatory affairs at Columbia Gas of Ohio, a NiSource subsidiary. Anderson also held various finance roles in the hospitality industry.
