Northern Indiana Public Service Co. has named Karen McCoy south region public affairs manager. She previously served as alliance and chamber operations manager for the Greater Kokomo Economic Development Alliance. McCoy has more than 20 years of experience in business, management and public and community relations. She serves on a number of boards in Howard County, including the Crossing Educational Center and Advantage Housing.
McCoy will be based in NIPSCO’s Kokomo operating office and represent a 10-county area in the southern part of NIPSCO’s gas and electric service area. Counties in NIPSCO’s southern service area include: Benton, Carroll, Cass, Fulton, Howard, Jasper, Miami, Newton, Pulaski, and White.
