Northern Indiana Public Service Co. has chosen three Indiana-based employees to administer various business functions to help their nearly 1.2 million electric and natural gas customers. 

Michael Hooper (pictured) has been named senior vice president of regulatory and legislative affairs and strategy. He is responsible for regulatory and legislative activities. Hooper replaces Frank Shambo, who is retiring at the end of the year.

Benjamin Felton has been appointed senior vice president of electric operations and is responsible for electric power delivery and generation operations. Paul Kelly has been promoted to vice president of major accounts. Felton and Kelly are both based in Merrillville.
