Nickel Plate Heritage Express Inc. has named Deanna Holt executive director. She will oversee operations of the train excursion experience, set to open this summer. Holt has more than 13 years of experience in the corporate field and a strong background in operations management and customer service. She most recently served as learning technology representative for McGraw-Hill Education, OnStar sales manager and as area manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Since 2016, Holt has served as organizational chair for Our Town Cicero, a Main Street organization.

As executive director, she will oversee all financial, program and staffing operations while serving as the organization’s liaison to Atlanta Pacific Railroad and Hoosier Heritage Port Authority.
