Trine University has named Nancy Steigmeyer dean of its new School of Graduate Studies. The program, which is based at the main campus in Angola, will also serve students in the other Indiana, Michigan and Arizona locations.
Steigmeyer has been with the university since 2011 and have served as director of the Lou Holtz Master of Science in Leadership and Master of Business Administration programs.
President Earl Brooks II says "our new School of Graduate Studies was established to promote the success of our graduate programs and those enrolled in them. We count on Nancy’s experience and expertise to lead the school and help guide our graduate students."
Steigmeyer’s experience includes time as an adjunct instructor at other schools and human resources and vendor services jobs, including 16 years in staffing and outsourcing human resource management.
She has served on boards including the Women’s Bureau, Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce, American Heart Association, Northeast Indiana Human Resource Association.
