New Name For New Tech School
The Clarksville Community School Corp. has announced a new name for its New Technology High School. The News and Tribune in New Albany reports the school will be called Renaissance Academy and officials expect construction on the first phase to be complete in August. During a Tuesday board meeting, the school board also unveiled a logo and teachers of the academy.
Construction started in December at the building that used to house a Value City store.
Officials expect around 600 students to ultimately be enrolled at the school.
