Officials from Franciscan Health, the city of Mooresville and Morgan County will Tuesday break ground on a $17 million medical office building. The health system is constructing a two-story, 50,000-square-foot facility near the hospital.
Franciscan Health says the new structure will house the Women’s Center and other specialty care medical practices.
The first floor will contain a central registration area, Franciscan Physician Network Kendrick Family Medicine offices, Southside OBGYN offices and a nurse navigator lab. The second level will house Franciscan Physician Network Mooresville Family Care offices, and various clinical services.
The hospital plans to complete the medical office building is fall 2022.
