The Arc of Indiana Foundation has a new leader. Clint McKay will serve as the foundation’s executive director, while continuing his role as director of operations for The Arc of Indiana.
McKay has been with The Arc of Indiana since 2015. He previously served as chief of staff and principal clerk with the Indiana House of Representatives. He was also a member of the Indianapolis Super Bowl XLVI Host Committee.
McKay will lead the foundation, which seeks to create employment opportunities for people with disabilities. The organization recently celebrated the one-year anniversary of the Erksine Green Training Institute in Muncie, which has already served dozens of disabled Hoosiers.
McKay succeeds Kim Dodson, who will remain as executive director of The Arc of Indiana.
