INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. and MCLEAN, Va. – Hilton Worldwide today announced the signing of a franchise license agreement with PK Partners to develop the 125-room Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis/Keystone. Hampton Hotels is Hilton Worldwide's global brand of more than 2,000 mid-priced Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites and Hampton by Hilton hotels. The five-story hotel will be located at 8980 River Crossing Boulevard, Indianapolis, Ind., is owned by PK Partners and will be operated by Schahet Hotels, Inc.

Located in the heart of Keystone at the Crossing, adjacent to the River North at Keystone, Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis/Keystone will be part of a mixed-use development and within walking distance to the Fashion Mall at Keystone.

The hotel will offer amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour business center with complimentary printing, an 800 square foot meeting space that can accommodate up to 50 people and a fitness center. The new hotel will feature Hampton's Perfect Mix Lobby, designed as an extension of the guestroom with a variety of seating and lighting options for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel's design will feature an architecturally enhanced exterior and other elements intended to integrate the property into the surrounding upscale mixed-use development. Additionally, the hotel will feature TREATS, Hampton's new food and beverage shop filled with snacks, toiletries, local merchandise and drinks for purchase.

Guestrooms will be equipped with the brand's signature Clean and Fresh Hampton bed, 42″ LCD TV, microwave and coffeemaker. Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis/Keystone will offer pet-friendly rooms and inviting suites, providing guests additional space and a comfortable sleeper sofa.

Hampton team members proudly exhibit a unique culture described as Hamptonality. This term describes each hotel's approach to friendly customer service and anticipation of guests' needs and providing travelers with helpful suggestions about area attractions, historical facts and fun things to do around town. Additionally, hotels are infused with local photography and artwork, highlighting each property's connection and support to its own community.
