Chicago-based healthcare provider VillageMD says it is expanding its business into Indiana. The company plans to open Village Medical practices in Indianapolis and Kokomo this month.
VillageMD says the clinics offer primary care services in free-standing, walk-in clinics, as well as telehealth and in-home care.
“I’m thrilled to join Village Medical and I’m looking forward to serving our existing patients and welcoming new ones. We will continue to offer high-quality care, with additional capabilities like population health insights and a more robust technology platform,” said Baikadi Ravindra, M.D., who has practiced primary care in Kokomo for more than 20 years. “Our practice is experienced in handling complex diagnostic challenges and managing chronic conditions.”
The company says it has offices in Chicago, Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Texas and New Jersey. The new locations are 950 N. Alabama Street, Indianapolis and 3505 S. Reed Road, Kokomo.
