(NYSE: SAVE) will tonight begin a seasonal nonstop flight at Indianapolis International Airport. The service to Myrtle Beach, which was first announced in December, will depart three times a week to the east coast destination.
The flight will take off Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 7:35 p.m. to Myrtle Beach International Airport. The service is one of three flights details when Spirit announced it would begin operating at the Indy airport.
The airline recently began its daily nonstop service to Orlando and Las Vegas.
"Spirit has come out of the gate with not one, but three nonstop flights in just a few short weeks – that speaks volumes to the value the Indy market delivers to our airline partners and others considering us for the future," said Indianapolis Airport Authority Executive Director Mario Rodriguez.
More nonstop flights from Spirit are coming to Indy. In March, the airline announced it would begin service to Tampa Bay and Fort Myers, Florida this fall.
