In his new role, McLaughlin will oversee a number of functions, including research and development, marketing and back office operation, according to the company. Lumavate President and CEO Paul McGrath says McLaughlin’s expertise and experience will be invaluable to the company and its clients.
"After 25 years of being part of the local tech community, I am excited to be part of another great team building a cloud based software company here in Indiana," said McLaughlin. "Lumavate is well positioned to change the way manufacturers deliver product information to customers and partners. These changes are taking full advantage of the sea change in consumer behavior around mobile devices and the strong desire for self service."
McLaughlin’s former company, Aprimo, was acquired by Indianapolis-based Teradata in 2010.
