Subscribe NowThe former director of economic development for the city of Indianapolis under Mayor Bart Peterson has launched a new commercial real estate brokerage and development firm. Gordon Hendry has formed HRE Advisors, which will specialize in leasing, purchasing and developing commercial property.
Hendry previously served as chief executive officer of the Indy Partnership. Hendry says during his time in the Peterson Administration, he was involved in multiple deals for the city.
Hendry says he has also worked on several high-profile acquisitions and developments, including the Fort Wayne Electric Works project and the sale of the former Celadon headquarters building in Indianapolis.
He has also served on the Indiana State Board of Education.
