Indianapolis entrepreneur Jeb Banner says he is starting a "new chapter" in his professional life. The co-founder of creative agency SmallBox has transitioned chief executive officer responsibilities to his wife, Jenny Banner, while he takes over as full-time CEO of board management company Boardable.

Jeb co-founded Boardable in 2016 and helped start SmallBox 12 years ago. Banner says Boardable was inspired by a SmallBox client and will be located in the basement of the creative agency’s Board Ripple headquarters as the startup works to "earn the fancy office digs."

Jenny, Jeb said in a personal blog post, has been involved as an observer and advisor with SmallBox from the start. When she was hired by SmallBox in April, Jeb says "it quickly became clear that I was married to my successor."
