United States Aquatic Sports has announced representative Dale Neuburger has been appointed by the Fédération Internationale De Natation to serve as FINA treasurer. He serves as chairman of the FINA Development Commission and previously served as president of USA Swimming. Neuburger holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and master’s degrees from Indiana University.
