The NBA has honored Pacers Sports & Entertainment’s Erin Dlouhy with the Pete Winemiller Innovation Award.  She serves as senior director of guest and culinary experience.

Dlouhy was chosen among nominees from all 30 teams by a committee of league and team executives.

The award, inspired by the late Pete Winemiller, senior vice president of guest relations for the Oklahoma City Thunder, honors an individual who has created an innovative service experience for fans.

Dlouhy also manages the team’s relationship with the Disney Institute as part of the NBA’s ELEVATE program.

She joined PS&E in October of 2015 after working with the Walt Disney company in Orlando, Fla. She attended Illinois State University.
