National Guard Promotes Winslow

The Indiana National Guard has promoted Colonel Timothy Winslow to brigadier general. His new assignment is director of the joint staff which coordinates efforts between the Air and Army National Guard of Indiana. Winslow, a career Army National Guard aviator with over 2,500 hours of flight time, enlisted in the Indiana Army National Guard in 1986, commissioned as a second lieutenant in 1989 and spent the following 23 years on flight status.
