United Way Names Chief Talent Officer

Nancy Ahlrichs has rejoined United Way of Central Indiana as chief talent officer. She previously served as a business development consultant for FlashPoint. Ahlrichs is an expert in talent development and diversity and inclusion. She previously led the charge to improve culture and employee engagement. Under her leadership, United Way won numerous Best Places to Work awards.
