Heath Murray has joined Carmel-based Dioltas, LLC as portfolio director and partner. He most recently headed up IT and cybersecurity at Crane-based Artisan Electronics Inc.

Murray is in the current cohort of the prestigious Mitch Daniels Leadership Foundation, where he is focused on how to engage more companies in Indiana’s growing defense ecosystem. He also served in a volunteer capacity as the director for the 2020 Defense Entrepreneurs Forum conference and is a founding member of the Bloomington DEF chapter.

Murray also served as a police officer for more than a decade in several departments, including the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.

He holds a bachelor of science degree in information systems security and is currently earning a master’s degree in corporate innovation and entrepreneurship from Penn State University.
