Muncie Sports Commission Announces Board Members

The Muncie Sports Commission has announced its board of directors and officers for 2021. The commission also introduced a newly-reimagined purpose statement and brand portfolio as the nonprofit begins a new phase of growth.
The commission says the members will help support its work to improve economic vitality and quality of life, as well as promote healthy lifestyles and brand Delaware County as a great sports community.
“Our Board of Directors is comprised of a dedicated team of individuals all committed to Muncie Sports Commission’s purpose of attracting, creating, hosting, and supporting sporting events and recreational opportunities for Delaware County,” stated MSC Board President Richard Crist. “We are excited to begin this new and exciting stage of development with such a strong and diverse team.”
In place of a mission statement, the nonprofit says it developed a purpose statement: To attract, create, host, and support sporting events and recreational opportunities for Delaware County.
The MSC 2021 board members and officers include:
