Muncie Power Products this week announced Andrea Zanellotti as its new president and CEO. Zanellotti succeeds Ray Chambers, who retired last week after nearly 20 years with the company, including 11 years as CEO.

Muncie Power Products is a subsidiary of Italy-based manufacturer Interpump Group. Zanellotti also serves as CEO of RR USA, another Interpump subsidiary, and will continue that role in addition to his new role with Muncie Power.

“The success of any company is built on the efforts of its employees, and I am excited to continue building upon the foundation and culture Mr. Ray Chambers has created over the years,” Zanellotti said in a news release.

Zanellotti began his career at RR USA in 1992 and has served as CEO since 2019. The company is supplies mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components for a variety of industries in North America.

Chambers began his tenure at Muncie Power in 2004 as vice president of the company’s Tulsa, Oklahoma division. He was named chief operating officer in 2009 and CEO in 2012.

“He has led our company through some difficult, economic times and also through some incredible growth periods,” said Kathy White, chief financial officer for Muncie Power.

Zanellotti becomes the company’s sixth CEO in its 87-year history.
