He previously served as director of business development for Silgan Closures. Reffett was responsible for managing key national accounts in the beverage industry throughout the United States. He was also promoted to manage the national account sales team while continuing account management activity. Reffett also spent 15 years with Berry Plastics Corp., where he steadily progressed through numerous regional sales roles before becoming the company’s vice president of sales. In his new role, he will be responsible for establishing sales targets to meet company objectives and developing strategic sales plans that promote sales growth and customer satisfaction.
