MPI Corp Promotes Jackson to COO

He was previously president & COO of Small Parts Inc., one of the Metals Group companies focused on supplying precision press and slide-formed metal stampings and assemblies for electrical and safety critical applications. Jackson joined MPI Corp. as vice president of operations at Small Parts Inc. in 2005 and a year later became president & COO of the precision metal forming operations. Prior to joining Small Parts Inc., he held various operations management positions of increasing responsibility. Jackson will be responsible for the leadership and performance of the Metals Group of companies held by MPI Corp. He will assume full responsibility of the role effective October 1, after a transition period with Matthew Lesher who was hired to fill his previous position. Jackson will be based in Logansport to be close to the headquarters of the metals related operations.
