Incubated out of The AES Corp., Motor has hired Rhett Barker as Indianapolis city lead and Caleb Day as fleet operations associate. Prior to joining Motor, Day previously served as director of operations at Flipside Detailing Solutions LLC. Barker most recently held the role as CEO at Flipside Detailing Solutions LLC. Day and Barker received their bachelor’s degrees from Ball State University.
