More Promising Practices Identified

Superintendent of Public Instruction Glenda Ritz says the programs focus on positively impacting students and provide a high-quality learning environment.
The IDOE says the latest additions focus on family and community engagement, school safety, data driven decision making, school counseling, climate and culture, and quality wraparound services. The department has recognized 186 Promising Practices have been identified to date and will have reached 200 by the end of the year in honor of the state’s bicentennial.
