Joining in a sales capacity, Morales helped build the foundation of what is now its business development team. After five years, he transitioned into a sales manager role where he led the sales team to many rewarding victories. In 2013, Morales advanced into the vice president of business development role, where he’s been a key component in the overall growth. He currently sits on the Morales Group Executive team, serving as a critical part of the leadership for the company. During his tenure, he’s demonstrated a sharp sense of Morales Group’s distinction in both the Indianapolis community and in the staffing industry. Much like Tom Morales, Seth leads with a mission to make an impact in the community and to better the lives of those around him. He was elected to serve on the Indiana Commission for Hispanic Latino Affairs and continues to volunteer with Project Stepping Stone. Before coming to Morales Group, he worked at Ricoh Business Systems focusing on business development. He earned his BA from Purdue University and completed his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
