Indianapolis-based Morales Group Staffing has announced Seth Morales (pictured) will succeed his father, Tom Morales as chief executive officer. He previously served as president and chief operating officer.

Tom Morales co-founded the organization 17 years ago. He will continue to serve as chairman and will transition his focus to the expansion of his philanthropy and community endeavors.

Seth Morales joined the company in 2005. He earned his degree at Purdue University, where he was a three-year starter and honorary captain of the Big Ten Championship Football team. He earned his MBA at the University of Notre Dame.
