Morales Group Acquires Anderson Firm

Professional Staffing and Recruitment in Anderson. Morales says the deal expands its presence in the northern part of the state and adds offices in Indy, Columbus, Jeffersonville, Lafayette and Louisville.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, however Morales says the Madison County company will continue offering its services under the Morales brand.
Continental was founded in 1985 by Bill and Judy Nagengast and serves the skill trades, office, industrial and manufacturing industries. Morales says the acquisition is a continuation of its regional growth through expanded service offerings in northern Indiana.
"This allows us to service a new market and vertical as a company," said Tom Morales, chief executive officer of Morales Group. "We are thrilled to offer more opportunities for our associates and the employers that we partner with."
Morales Group says the current sales, recruiting and back office teams at Continental will continue to work with their existing client base with no disruption in service.
