Mooresville Distribution Company Acquired

Florida-based private investment firm Sun Capital Partners Inc. has acquired Mooresville-based BWGS Full Spectrum Distribution. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. 

BWGS is a wholesaler of indoor, hydroponic and organic horticultural supplies originally founded in Bloomington more than 20 years ago. Sun Capital Partners did not state whether any jobs would be affected by the acquisition.

"The Company is well positioned for continued, substantial growth."

BWGS has more than 1,100 retail customers throughout the country.
