Monty Henderson is joining the Indiana Statewide Certified Development Corp.’s Central Loan Committee. He is based in West Lafayette as regional director of the Hoosier Heartland Region of the Indiana Small Business Development Center.

Indiana Statewide CDC works with local Indiana lenders to issue SBA 504 loans to help owners of expanding or startup small businesses buy real estate, buildings and equipment. SBA 504 loans help small companies gain favorable financing terms similar to those available to large companies in conventional loans.

The five other members of the ISCDC Central Loan Committee include: James Aucremanne, Huntington National Bank, Indianapolis; Chris Caldwell, Mutual Bank, Muncie; Jared Fuquay, Alerding CPA Group, Indianapolis; Jim Young, State Bank of Lizton, Indianapolis; Mary Jo Kennelly, Center Bank, Indianapolis; Tim Schlichte, Lake City Bank, Indianapolis.
