The State Budget Agency says Indiana took in $21.3 million more than anticipated in November. Collections totaled around $1.05 billion, which was nearly three percent higher than revenue one year ago.
The agency says individual income, riverboat wagering and racino wagering collections were all higher, while sales tax and corporate tax collections were off, compared to estimates.
Year-to-date, general fund collections are $40.1 million or 0.7 percent lower than estimates. The total is higher than the same 10-month period in 2014.
