Merrillville-based MonoSol is expanding to Lebanon and aims to hire employees for its new manufacturing plant.The company will hold a career fair Thursday to fill about 95 positions. 

The company says it will hire production associates, maintenance technicians, floor supervisors and other roles.

MonoSol broke ground in last year on the $72 million, 150,000-square-foot facility in the Duke Realty Lebanon Business Park. It is the company’s fourth manufacturing plant in Indiana and sixth internationally. 

Production at the Lebanon facility is slated to begin this fall.

“To keep pace with the continued growth of our business and strong demand for our water-soluble film technology, we are excited to expand our manufacturing footprint into central Indiana,” said P. Scott Bening, president and chief executive officer of MonoSol in a news release. “We look forward to introducing ourselves at the Career Fair and giving people the opportunity to learn about the MonoSol culture that has been key to our growth and success.”   

The job fair will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Gene Haas Training and Education Center at 316 N. Mt. Zion Road in Lebanon.
