South Bend-based Mobility Ventures LLC has appointed Bill Gibson vice president of government & commercial fleet sales. He most recently was vice president of fleet sales for VNG.CO, a compressed natural gas infrastructure developer. Gibson has more than 40 years of sales and marketing experience.
