MJ Insurance Hires Three

Neal, who previously interned with the agency in its risk management department, will continue on as risk specialist trainee. She will work with the risk transfer team to provide client service support and enhance client relationships through proactive initiatives. Neal graduated from Butler University with a degree in risk management and management information systems.
Gloyeske previously served as director of lawyer and consultant recruiting at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP. She has been named a client executive. Gloyeske will lead the development and execution of client benefit plan strategies. She brings more than 20 years of leadership and business management expertise to the position.
Jones, who previously worked as a sales consultant at Gregory & Appel Insurance, will join as a consultant for the agency’s employee benefits team. He will proactively drive sales and service by providing innovative solutions to client’s benefits and risk management needs. Jones graduated from Indiana University with a degree in entrepreneurship and kinesiology.
