Mixed-Use Development for Indy’s ‘Health District’

Officials from the city of Indianapolis, IU Health and Arrow Street Development will break ground Monday on a mixed-use development near the city’s growing health district. Wesley Place is a 244-unit apartment complex that will be located at 75 West 18th street, east of a planned major expansion by IU Health.

The project is being overseen by Arrow Street Development, a minority-owned, real estate development firm that focuses on urban housing projects.
